Before you start trading, you may deposit your virtual assets into your OSL account using either an Exchange Wallet or a Personal Wallet. Please refer to the steps below:

1.Go to the Deposit page

• App: Tap Assets / Portfolio at the bottom right, then select Deposit
• Web: Click the Wallet icon at the top right, then select Deposit

2.Select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.

3.Select the network

• Please choose carefully and ensure that the selected network matches the network of your wallet address. Selecting an incorrect network may result in permanent loss of funds.

4.Review the deposit information

5.Complete the deposit using the wallet address you wish to add, following the on-screen instructions.

• For cryptocurrencies that require a Memo/Tag (such as XRP), please ensure that the Memo/Tag shown on the OSL page is entered correctly. Failure to enter the required Memo/Tag or entering an incorrect Memo/Tag may result in permanent loss of funds.

6.After completing the deposit, go to the Pending Deposit Declaration page to confirm ownership.

7.Deposit credited

Important Notes

• Please ensure that the deposited amount remains above the minimum deposit requirement after fees are deducted. Deposits below the minimum amount may result in loss of funds.
• Virtual assets will be credited automatically after the required blockchain confirmations are completed. Network congestion or compliance reviews may cause delays in crediting.
