Withdrawal Process:

1. Select Currency (e.g., HKD / USD): Choose the fiat currency you wish to withdraw.

2. Enter Withdrawal Amount: Specify the exact amount you want to withdraw.

3. Click “Next” to Confirm Bank Details: Carefully review your bank information to ensure a smooth withdrawal process.

4. Submit the Request.

Once submitted, your funds will typically be credited to your local bank account within 1 to 2 business days. For overseas banks, it may take 2 to 3 business days.

Before You Withdraw:
