What should I do if I forget my password?

  • Enter your registered email address

  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Enter the email OTP

(If you have previously set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you will also be prompted to enter the OTP generated from your Google authenticator app.)

  • Create a new password

  • To ensure the security of your assets, you will not be able to withdraw funds within 24 hours after changing your password
