FAQs
OSL Business Markets provides eligible institutions with execution and liquidity services for selected stablecoins, digital assets and fiat pairs. Depending on the serving legal entity and market, customers may use OTC, request-for-quote or other approved dealing channels for larger conversions and trading flows. Available assets, counterparties, minimum sizes, custody arrangements, pricing and settlement mechanics are confirmed before execution. Availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction, eligibility, selected assets, route and current product terms. The applicable legal entity, controls, fees and service scope are confirmed during onboarding.
OSL Business Markets uses OTC execution for negotiated institutional transactions and RFQ workflows for requesting executable prices on a defined asset and size. OTC coverage may involve a dedicated trading relationship and tailored settlement coordination, while RFQ offers a structured way to compare or accept quoted liquidity. Execution method, quote validity, minimum size and settlement terms vary by product and market. Availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction, eligibility, selected assets, route and current product terms. The applicable legal entity, controls, fees and service scope are confirmed during onboarding.
OSL Business Markets may offer selected FX conversion or forward arrangements to eligible institutional customers where the relevant legal entity and market permit. A forward can help lock an exchange rate for a future date, but it does not remove counterparty, liquidity, settlement or basis risk. Available currencies, tenors, collateral, documentation, pricing and suitability requirements depend on the customer's classification and approved service scope. Availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction, eligibility, selected assets, route and current product terms. The applicable legal entity, controls, fees and service scope are confirmed during onboarding.
OSL Business Markets can provide eligible customers with dedicated institutional coverage, coordinated settlement support and enterprise controls for confidential trading information. Some approved dealing services may be available outside conventional banking hours, but asset liquidity, staff coverage and settlement completion are not identical across all markets. Security, communication channels, trading hours, custody and incident procedures are defined for the relevant product and legal entity. Availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction, eligibility, selected assets, route and current product terms. The applicable legal entity, controls, fees and service scope are confirmed during onboarding.
OSL Business Markets is intended for eligible professional investors, institutions, funds, brokerages, OTC desks and corporates requiring institutional execution or liquidity. Access follows corporate and compliance onboarding, classification or suitability review and agreement of execution, custody and settlement arrangements. Availability depends on the customer's jurisdiction, eligibility, selected assets, route and current product terms. The applicable legal entity, controls, fees and service scope are confirmed during onboarding. Businesses should contact OSL to confirm the serving legal entity, jurisdiction, eligible instruments, minimum size, dealing channels, documentation and current product terms.
