[Institution] StableHub FAQ
1. General Information
I. Who is StableHub suitable for?
StableHub provides stablecoin-to-stablecoin and fiat-to-stablecoin conversion services, as well as stablecoin reward programs.
It is designed for institutions that require stablecoin liquidity management, settlement, on/off-ramp services, or stablecoin position rebalancing.
Institutions with idle or in-transit funds can also use StableHub to receive rewards while maintaining liquidity and operational flexibility.
II. How are StableHub transactions charged?
StableHub offers transparent and competitive pricing for large-volume stablecoin transactions, with no additional fees charged beyond the quoted price.
For selected stablecoins, StableHub also provides a 1:1 par-value conversion channel within applicable limits, enabling efficient stablecoin conversion and participation in reward programs without hidden costs or slippage. Conversions are subject to network fees, liquidity limits and platform terms and conditions. The actual conversion rate may vary slightly depending on market conditions.
III. What are StableHub Rewards?
StableHub Rewards are stablecoin reward programs offered by OSL Bermuda Limited and/or OSL AU Pty Ltd, as applicable. You can view the current program terms, estimated reward rates, and eligible assets directly from your account dashboard.
By meeting the eligibility requirements of a specific program (for example, holding USDGO in your OSL Institution account). You may receive rewards while retaining full access to your funds without any lock-up requirement.
IV. How are StableHub Rewards calculated and distributed?
Reward calculation and distribution are subject to the specific rules and requirements of each reward program.
1. For End-of-Day Snapshot Assets, eligible balances are snapshotted daily at 08:00:00 (UTC+8), and estimated reward data is updated by the 11:00:00 (UTC+8).
2. For Hourly Snapshot Assets, snapshots are taken at a random time within each hour. The recorded balance serves as the basis for reward calculation for that hour, and estimated rewards are updated in the following hour.
3. Rewards are typically settled and distributed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the applicable asset and program rules.
All balances, rewards and other information displayed on the dashboard are estimates provided for reference only. Final reward amounts are subject to actual settlement results.
OSL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program, and to amend reward rules, reward rates, settlement cycles, and settlement methodologies at any time.
V. How do I qualify for StableHub Rewards?
Once your institution has successfully completed the KYB onboarding process, StableHub Rewards will be enabled for your account automatically.
You can then participate in eligible reward programs by maintaining supported stablecoin balances and track your balances, estimated rewards, settlement history, and distribution records through the StableHub dashboard.
VI. Can StableHub rewards be obtained with stablecoins in on-chain wallets?
In addition to depositing stablecoins to your OSL account, you can receive StableHub rewards by depositing eligible stablecoins in a wallet under your control. And then you can submit your wallet address to your Account Manager for verification. Once approved, eligible balances will qualify for rewards.
2. StableHub Limit Calculation and Usage Rules
I. Limit Rules
For trading pairs with 1:1 exchange limits, StableHub employs a dual-layer limits control system:
Account Daily/Monthly Limit: The maximum 1:1 exchange limit for each Account per day or month. StableHub applies a tailored Account limit mechanism, where the "Account" used herein strictly refers to the User's "Portfolio ID." Accordingly, all trading limits and risk controls specified herein are enforced solely at the Portfolio ID level. The 1:1 exchange quota for each Account is fully customized based on the User's specific business scale and compliance assessment. To apply for, modify, or increase Account limits, please contact your dedicated Account Manager directly.
Global Pool Daily/Monthly Limit: The total 1:1 exchange limit shared by all Accounts across the platform on a daily or monthly basis.
The 1:1 exchange limit is calculated based on the net buy volume and net sell volume for each Digital Asset.
Net Buy Volume = Buy Volume - Sell Volume.
Net Sell Volume = Sell Volume - Buy Volume.
Therefore, the limit requirements are as follows:
Each Account's daily/monthly net buy volume must be less than their Account daily/monthly net buy limit. The sum of all Accounts' daily/monthly net buy volumes must be less than the Global Pool daily/monthly net buy limit.
Each Account's daily/monthly net sell volume must be less than their Account daily/monthly net sell limit. The sum of all Accounts' daily/monthly net sell volumes must be less than the Global Pool daily/monthly net sell limit.
If the order volume exceeds the 1:1 exchange limit, for type A trading pairs, the entire order will be canceled; for type B trading pairs, the entire order will be quoted at market prices, with the final price displayed on the trading page prevailing.
II. Limit Calculation Principles
Buying the designated asset (e.g., buying USDC) → deducts from both the Account limit and the platform limit.
Selling the designated asset (e.g., selling USDC) → restores both the Account limit and the platform pool limit.
III. Global Pool Limit Details
Note: StableHub applies different Global Pool Daily Limit arrangements for selected currencies during weekdays and weekends. Please refer to Point 6 "Limit Reset" of this chapter for the specific schedule and limit transition rules.

V. Order Execution Logic
When a User places an order, StableHub will first check the platform limit and the Account limit:
If both the platform and the Account limit exceed the proposed order volume , the order will be executed at the 1:1 price.
If either limit is lower, for type A trading pairs, the entire order will be canceled; for type B trading pairs, the entire order will be executed at market prices (as displayed on the StableHub page). The User may cancel the order, adjust the volume to fit within the limit, or proceed with the market price quote.
VI. Limit Reset
Monthly Limits: Both Account and global limits will be automatically reset on the 1st day of each calendar month at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Daily Limits: Account and global limits will be automatically reset daily at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Weekend Adjustment: Selected StableHub currencies apply different Global Pool Daily Limit arrangement during weekdays and weekends. The designated weekday and weekend periods are defined based on the UTC+8 time zone.
