If you wish to withdraw fiat currency (USD), please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Withdrawal Page

• • App: Tap "Assets" at the bottom right ＞ "Manage"＞ "Withdraw"
  • (If using OSL Pro Mode in the App: tap "Portfolio" at the bottom right ＞ "Withdraw")
  • Web: Click the "Wallet" icon at the top right ＞ "Withdraw"

2. Select the Fiat currency you wish to withdraw. Please note that only USD is supported at this time.

3. Choose the bank account you would like to withdraw to.

4. If you have not yet added a bank account, click Add Withdrawal Recipient Account to add your bank details.

5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD, If there is any discrepancy, please refer to the amount shown on the withdrawal page.

6. Click Withdraw, then complete the required 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) to proceed

Important Notes:

• Please allow approximately 3 business days for the withdrawal to be processed and credited. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the bank’s processing time.
• Only bank accounts under the exact name of the account holder are accepted.
• Joint accounts and company accounts are not supported.
• The withdrawal fee is currently fixed at 15 USD per transaction. Should there be any changes, we will provide an official update accordingly.
• Additional charges may be incurred from the remitting bank, intermediary banks, or the receiving bank involved in the remittance process. As a result, the final amount received may differ from the amount requested.
