1. Log in to the app, then tap Manage at the bottom of the screen and select Withdraw.

2. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw and select the correct network.

3. Select Wallet Type → Personal Wallet.

4. Tap + Add New Address, then paste your wallet address and enter a reference name for easy identification.

5. The page will display a designated small deposit amount. Deposit exactly this amount to avoid address verification failure.

6. Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete the whitelisting process.

Via Website:

1. Log in to your account, hover over the Wallet icon at the top right, and click Withdraw.

2. From the left panel, select Wallet Addresses.

3. Select Wallet Type → Personal Wallet.

4. Click + Add Wallet Address.

5. Select the asset and network, enter your wallet address, and provide a reference name for easy identification.

6. The page will display a designated small deposit amount. Deposit exactly this amount to avoid address verification failure.

7. Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to complete the whitelisting process.

Important:

• You must deposit the exact amount specified by the system (after deducting network fees).

• This amount is required to verify your wallet. Depositing more or less will cause the verification to fail.
