How to Change Your Password

You can change your password through the following steps:

  • Log in and navigate to your Security setting.
  • Click Change Password

  • Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.

  • A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Enter the email OTP.

(If you have previously set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you will also be prompted to enter the OTP generated from your Google authenticator app.)

  • You will receive a confirmation message after a successful update.

Note:

If you do not see the OTP email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are unable to access your 2FA authenticator app, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] for further assistance. To protect your funds and account security, withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable for 24 hours after your password has been changed.
