How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.

  1. Download Google Authenticator:

  2. Login to your OSL Global account

  3. Navigate to Security Settings

  4. Select Google Authenticator App

  5. Open the Google Authenticator app and, click the '+' sign at the top right section of the application.

  6. Select 'Scan a Barcode' and, scan the unique QR code displayed on the OSL website or, copy the Secret Key to the Google Authenticator app.

  7. Activate Two Factor authentication

  8. Enter OTP on OSL Global App/Web platform

  9. Successful Binding

Once verified, your OSL account is now protected by Google Authenticator

In certain situations, such as when you log in from new device, withdraw, or make changes, you may be asked to enter a 6-digit code from the app.
