If you wish to deposit fiat currency (USD), please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Deposit page

• • App: Tap Assets / Portfolio at the bottom right, then select Deposit
  • Web: Click the Wallet icon at the top right, then select Deposit

2. Select USD

3. A deposit notice will be displayed upon selecting the currency to be deposited. Click Next to continue

4. The bank details will appear on the same page once you choose the currency. It is essential to carefully verify these details before proceeding with the deposit.

5. Once the transfer is completed, click "I have completed the transfer"

Important Notes

(I) Please allow approximately 2 business days for the deposit to be credited. Actual credit time may vary depending on the processing speed of different banks.

(II) For cross-border transfers, please instruct your bank to use "OUR" to cover all transfer fees, ensuring the full amount is received.

(III) We only accept bank accounts with the exact name matching the account holder. The order, capitalization, and symbols of the name can be adjusted accordingly. Joint accounts and company accounts are not acceptable.

(IV) Please ensure that the country, city, and postcode are correct, as this information is required for Swift transfers.
