Once your Proof of Identity (POI) is successfully verified, you can upgrade to Advanced Verification to access additional features such as fiat deposits, withdrawals, and trading.

• Click [Upgrade Account] to begin the process. You can also click the green text labeled [Supported Countries] to check if your country is eligible for Advanced Verification.

• Select your country of residence from the list.

• Choose the document type you wish to submit for verification.

• Upload and submit the document.

• The system will automatically proceed to the review page. Click [Continue] and wait while the system verifies your submission.

Once your documents are approved, your account will display a [Verified] badge, and you will be able to access Fiat services.
