How do I withdraw my virtual assets?
Withdrawal Steps (App / Web)
1. Go to the Withdrawal Page
- App: Tap "Assets" at the bottom right ＞ "Manage"＞ "Withdraw"
- (If using OSL Pro Mode in the App: tap "Portfolio" at the bottom right ＞ "Withdraw")
- Web: Click the "Wallet" icon at the top right ＞ "Withdraw"
2. Select the virtual asset you wish to withdraw
3. Choose the correct network / blockchain
4. Select the wallet type of the receiving address: "Exchange" or "Personal Wallet"
5. Select a successfully added wallet address
6. Enter the withdrawal amount and proceed
For security purposes, please complete Google 2FA verification before confirming your withdrawal.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal time may vary depending on the following factors:
- The type of virtual asset being withdrawn
- Blockchain network congestion
- OSL's internal processing time
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within a few minutes to several hours.

Important Notes
- Please ensure that your virtual assets have been successfully transferred to your OSL Funding Account before initiating a withdrawal.
- Please make sure the selected network matches the network used by the receiving platform. Otherwise, the funds may be permanently lost and unrecoverable.
- If you have not added a withdrawal address, please click "Add new address / Add Now" and complete the required address information.
- If withdrawing to a Personal Wallet, you must complete wallet verification before making the withdrawal.
