Types of Accounts in OSL Global

(i) Funding Account

• The primary account where your deposits are credited.

• Ensure funds are available in the Funding Account before making a withdrawal.

• For Flash Trade or Stablehub, funds must also be held in the Funding Account.

(ii) Spot Account

• Used for spot trading activities.

(iii) Derivatives Account

• Used for futures trading.

Steps to Transfer Funds

Via Website

• Select the relevant account from the left-hand panel.

• Choose the asset you wish to transfer.

• Click “Transfer.”

• Select an account (e.g., Funding Account → Spot Account).

• Enter the transfer amount and click Confirm to complete the transfer.

Via App

• Tap “Assets” or “Portfolio” at the bottom of the screen.

• Select the asset you wish to transfer.

• Tap “Transfer.”

• Choose an account (e.g., Funding Account → Spot Account).

• Enter the transfer amount and tap Transfer to complete the process.

Important Note

• Before placing a trade or making a withdrawal, please ensure that your funds are transferred to the appropriate account.
