1. Event Period:

   • Start Time: March 23rd, 2026, 16:00 (UTC)

   • End Time: April 5th, 2026, 16:00 (UTC)

2. How to Participate (Complete EITHER Task A OR Task B):

   • Task A: Make a first-time deposit of PLUME with a quantity ≥ 10,000 PLUME.

   • Task B: Make a deposit of USD or any stablecoin valued at ≥100 USD and execute first-time trading (Buy or Sell) of PLUME with a total trading value ≥ 100 USD.

3. Reward: 10 USDC per eligible user. The reward has a total prize pool cap of $20,000. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Rewards are not stackable. Even if a user meets the requirements for both Task A and Task B, they will receive only one reward of 10 USDC.

1. Event Rules conditions: The reward has a total prize pool cap of $20,000. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the timestamp of task completion.

2. Reward Distribution: Reward is not stackable. Rewards will be automatically credited to your Funding Account within 7 workdays after the event ends. OSL Global reserves the right to modify distribution timing, delay distributions for security, operational, or compliance reviews, or withhold rewards entirely in cases of suspected abuse (see Clause 7).

3. Use of Client Assets: OSL Global will not hypothecate, lend, or otherwise encumber user-deposited assets for its own purposes without separate, explicit consent. However, users acknowledge that assets held by OSL Global are not segregated in an individual, name-on-account manner and may be part of omnibus wallets as part of standard operations.

4. Nature of Rewards: All rewards are strictly promotional, limited in quantity, and offered solely for the published event period. They are discretionary gestures by OSL Global, do not represent interest, a yield, or a return on investment, and do not create any ongoing entitlement or expectation for similar offerings in the future.

5. No Insurance or Guarantee: Participating assets and any rewards accrued are held as unsecured claims against OSL Global. They are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme, government guarantee, or investor compensation fund.Participants bear all risk of loss, including total loss, of both principal and rewards.

6. Tax Responsibility: Participants are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax reporting or liability arising from participation in this campaign in their jurisdiction of tax residence. OSL Global provides no tax advice and will not issue any tax documentation related to these promotional rewards unless required by Bermuda law.

7. Campaign Integrity & Abuse: OSL Global strictly prohibits gaming, manipulation, or abusive conduct of the campaign, including but not limited to wash trading, self-dealing, using multiple accounts, or any artificial behavior designed to extract rewards. OSL Global reserves the right to, at its sole discretion: (i) claw back rewards issued as a result of abuse; (ii) terminate a user's participation immediately; (iii) suspend or close accounts; and (iv) take any necessary legal action.

8. Jurisdiction-Specific Availability: Access to this campaign is contingent upon the user's country of residence and compliance with local laws. OSL Global may restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice, based on its internal compliance policies and regulatory risk assessments.
