Withdrawal Steps

Log in to your OSL account and go to the "Assets" page. Make sure your funds have been successfully transferred to your OSL "Funding Account." Then, select the digital asset you want to withdraw.

**Before withdrawing, please double-check that your wallet address is correct. To add a new wallet address, click "Add New Address" and complete the verification process.

Withdrawal time may vary due to:

• The type of digital asset you are withdrawing

• Blockchain network congestion

• OSL’s internal processing time

Usually, withdrawals are completed within a few minutes to a few hours.
