To manage your withdrawal bank account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account via the Web platform.

2. Hover over the wallet icon located at the top right corner and click “Withdrawal”.

3. Select your preferred fiat currency from the left panel and click “Bank Transfer”.

4. You will then be able to view the withdrawal bank accounts that you have previously added.

5. To delete a bank account, select the relevant bank account and click “Delete”.

6. A confirmation window will appear. Once confirmed, the withdrawal bank account will be removed successfully.

7. You may also add a new bank account by filling in all the required information.

Important note:

1. The removal of withdrawal bank account function is currently only supported on the Web version and is not available on the App.

2. Please ensure that all withdrawal bank account information is complete and accurate to avoid delays or unsuccessful withdrawals.

3. OSL does not charge any fees for fiat withdrawals. However, the remitting bank, intermediary bank, and receiving bank may impose corresponding charges. Please refer to the actual fees charged by the relevant banks for details.
