Why is my digital asset deposit under review?
After you make a digital asset deposit, some deposits may require additional review before they can be credited to your OSL account.
Please rest assured that a deposit under review does not mean your funds are lost or that your deposit will necessarily be refunded. This is part of OSL's standard review process to comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk management procedures.
Why is my deposit being reviewed?
To protect our platform and customers, and to comply with applicable regulatory requirements, OSL may conduct additional reviews on certain digital asset deposits.
Your deposit may be under review for reasons including, but not limited to:
The source of your deposit requires further verification.
The sending wallet or source of funds requires additional review.
We need to verify the ownership of the sending wallet.
Additional information or documents are required to meet regulatory requirements (such as the Travel Rule).
Other compliance-related requirements.
As every transaction is assessed individually, not all digital asset deposits will require additional review.
What should I do while my deposit is under review?
In most cases, no action is required from you.
If additional information is required, such as proof of wallet ownership or other supporting documents, OSL will contact you via your registered email address. Please follow the instructions provided so that we can complete the review as soon as possible.
How long does the review take?
The review time varies depending on the circumstances of each deposit.
If additional information is required, the processing time will depend on how quickly and completely the requested documents are provided. Once we have received all required information, we will complete the review as soon as possible.
What happens after the review?
Once the review is complete:
If the review is approved, your deposit will be credited to your OSL account.
If the review is not approved, we will contact you by email with the next steps, including the refund process and any required documentation, where applicable.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I trade or withdraw while my deposit is under review?
No. A deposit that is under review has not yet been credited to your account and therefore cannot be used for trading, withdrawals, or any other account activities.
Can I cancel the review or request an immediate refund?
No. Once the review process has started, it cannot be cancelled.
If a refund is required following the review, OSL will contact you with further instructions. The refund will be processed after all required information and supporting documents have been received and verified.
My deposit has been under review for some time. Does this mean my funds are lost?
No. A deposit under review simply means that your deposit is undergoing additional review. It does not mean that your funds have been lost or that the transaction has failed. If any information is required from you, we will contact you via your registered email address.
Please note that all digital asset deposits are subject to OSL's compliance review. Even if you deposit supported digital assets from your own wallet via the correct blockchain network, additional review may still be required based on the circumstances of the transaction.
