To comply with Hong Kong regulatory requirements, OSL sets limits on the proportion of virtual assets clients can hold on the platform based on their financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

Your Concentration Limit is determined by the following factors:

• Your risk appetite rating

• Your total existing virtual asset holdings

• Your total net liquid assets

What Happens If I Exceed My Limit?

If your virtual asset holdings exceed your current Concentration Limit, your account will be restricted to Sell-Only mode until one of the following conditions is met:

• Reduce your current virtual asset holdings, or

• Reassessed your concentration limit based on updated net asset and risk level information

How to update your limit(APP):

- Go to User icon → Concentration Limit

- Update Assets and Risk Level

- Review and update the questionnaire:

1. Your current total net liquid assets

2. Digital Assets as a percentage of your total net liquid assets

How to update limit (Web):

- Go to User icon → Click "Portfolio"

- Click "Limit and Risk Level"

- Click "Update Assets"

- Expand "Suitability Assessment" and click "Reverify"

- Review and update the questionnaire:

1. Your current total net liquid assets

2. Digital Assets as a percentage of your total net liquid assets
