• How to create a Recurring Buy plan?

• Step 1: Transfer your fiat (HKD / USD) to Flash Trade account
• Step 2: Click on "Recurring Buy"
• Step 3: Select the crypto to invest in
• Step 4: Set the recurring investment amount
• Step 5: Choose the frequency (Daily / Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly)
• Step 6: Confirm the plan

• How to manage a Recurring Buy plan?

Once a Recurring Buy plan is created, you can manage it under the "My Plans" page. You can pause, edit, or stop your plan anytime under "My Plans".

• Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

Recurring Buy currently supports BTC, ETH, SOL and other tokens that are available for Flash Trade (excluding stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and DAI). Version 1.0 supports fiat-to-crypto recurring buys only. Crypto-to-crypto recurring buy are not supported at this time

• What is the minimum amount per order?

The minimum is 1 HKD per order.

• What are the available recurring schedules?

Users can choose Daily, Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly.

• Which account will be deducted?

Funds are deducted from the Flash Trade Account. Please ensure sufficient balance before deduction.

• Are there any additional fees for Recurring Buy?

No. There are no additional fees for Recurring Buy. It follows the same fee policy as Flash Trade

• Why did the recurring buy fail? Common failure reasons include:
• User’s concentration limit is insufficient
• User’s risk level no longer meets the requirement for the selected asset
• Insufficient balance in the Flash trade account
• System maintenance or network issues at the time of execution
• The selected asset is temporarily unavailable for trading

• Will a recurring buy plan terminate automatically?

Yes. Based on regulatory requirements in the Hong Kong region, each recurring buy plan has a maximum validity of 1 year from its creation date. It will automatically terminate upon expiry. After a plan expires, recurring buys won’t continue automatically. You can create a new plan in the app to resume.
