Acceptable proof of address documents include:

• Bank or credit card statements

• Telecommunication bills (e.g. mobile, TV subscriptions)

• Utility bills (e.g. water, electricity, gas)

• Letters issued by government departments or agencies

• Official correspondence from accredited universities colleges in Hong Kong

• Both electronic documents (e.g. scanned copies) and photos of paper documents are accepted, as long as they meet the requirements below.

You may redact sensitive information such as account balances on your bank statements. However, the document must meet all of the following requirements:

• Full page (A4) or complete document (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG)

• Issued within the last 3 months

• Full name that exactly matches your HKID or passport

• Residential address only (commercial addresses are not accepted)
