What is Day T?

  • Day T is the current fund trading day. T + 1 day represents the next fund trading day. If the order is submitted before the deadline for receiving orders on the trading day, it will be considered as an order on T day, otherwise it will be considered as an order on T + 1 day.

What is the minimum reserve units?

  • When redeeming funds, the fund company requires that the remaining shares of the fund after redemption cannot be lower than the minimum reserved units. If your redemption application will result in the redeemed units being lower than the minimum reserved units of the fund, we will recommend that you redeem all of them.

Can I redeem it according to the amount?

  • Redemption is an unknown price transaction. Your redemption amount is determined by the next NAV announced by the fund company, so it does not support redemption of specific amounts.

Whether to support cancellation

  • Cancellation is currently not supported.

Where can I check the fund returns?

  • You can view the latest market value of the fund on the holdings page. The fund's returns will be displayed to you in a later version.

Can we trade normally on Black Rainstorm Warnings?

  • Yes

Can we trade normally on weekends?

  • Orders can be placed and will be executed on the next most recent trading day.

Net Value Update Time

  • The fund company will announce the unit net value on each trading day of the fund. The update time of the net value of different funds is slightly different, usually around 3 pm. After the update, the market value of your holdings will be updated synchronously.

Why did my total assets decrease during the transaction?

  • During the order processing process of the fund trading day, between the deadline for subscription and redemption receipts and the time of subscription and redemption arrival, the subscription funds or redemption units will be in transit. During this process, the total assets of your account will decrease. Please do not worry. You can pay attention to the order status during processing or the funds in transit displayed on the position list page. After the transaction processing is completed, you can receive the corresponding funds.

Can I trade funds on the web?

  • Currently, only fund trading is supported in the APP, not on the web, but you can check your fund holdings in Assets
