How to verify a new wallet address?

Please refer to the steps below to verify your wallet:

App

1. Tap “Assets”“Deposit”

2. Select the digital assets and network that you wish to deposit

3. For supported assets, you may be asked to choose:

  • Personal Wallet (recommended)

  • Exchange (only supported via PantherTrade)

4. For personal wallet verification, please choose a verification method:

a) Micro Deposit Verification

  • 🔹 Send the specific small amount indicated by the system from your wallet to verify ownership

  • 🔹 Requires sufficient wallet balance to complete the transaction

  • 🔹 Best for most users

b) Signature Verification

  • 🔹 Sign a message using your wallet to confirm ownership

  • 🔹 Not supported by all wallet apps

c) WalletConnect (App only, ETH & SOL only)

  • 🔹 Connect your wallet directly through WalletConnect

  • 🔹 The app will automatically suggest supported wallet apps

  • 🔹 No need to manually copy/paste wallet address

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

For Exchange Deposit (PantherTrade only – supported assets only)

  • You will be redirected to a QR code page

  • Please log in using your PantherTrade account (must match your OSL registered name)

  • Complete the deposit via the displayed instructions

  • Please ensure digital assets are sent from a matching account, as non-matching transfers may result in crediting failure or permanent loss.

1. Click the wallet icon (top right) → “Address Management”“Add New Wallet”

2. Select the asset and paste your personal wallet address. You may add a label, then click “Save & Next”.

3. Choose “Non-Custodial Wallet”

4. Select a verification method:

a) Micro Payment

  • 🔹 Send the specific small amount indicated by the system from your wallet to verify ownership

  • 🔹 Requires sufficient wallet balance to complete the transaction

b) Signing Challenge

  • 🔹 Sign a message using your wallet

  • 🔹 Not supported by all wallet apps

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process


Note:

  • For Micro Deposit Verification, you must deposit the exact amount (After processing fee) generated by the system. Verification will not be successful if the amount is incorrect.

  • Deposits from exchanges other than PantherTrade (e.g., Binance, OKX) are not supported for verification.

  • Please use the network specified on the OSL page. Networks we do not support include but are not limited to Polygon, Fantom Opera, etc. Sending via the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

  • Please note that verification may take some time, as new wallet verification requires a manual review to confirm the correct micropayment amount, network, address, and ownership.
