How to pair and/or unpair devices?

To protect your account security, OSL requires users to log in only from verified devices.

To pair a new device (e.g. mobile phone or laptop):

When logging in on the new device, a verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter the code in the pop-up window on the login page. You will then also be required to enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code.

To unpair a device:

For App:

  1. Tap on the User icon
  2. Go to Device Management
  3. Tap Unpair device beside the old device you would like to remove
  4. Enter your 2FA code to confirm

For Web:

  1. Click on the User icon
  2. Go to System Settings > Security > Paired devices
  3. Move your cursor over the device you wish to unpair
  4. Click the vertical three dots (⋮) on the top right to unpair device and enter your 2FA code to confirm

Each account can pair up to 6 devices. If you have exceeded the device limit and cannot log in from an existing device / new device, please contact us at [email protected] to request device unpairing.
