How to Deposit Crypto On-Chain

Feb 5, 2026

On-chain deposits allow you to send your cryptocurrency from your personal wallet to your OSL account. This is an important step if you want to trade or manage digital assets on the platform.

.

To make sure your deposit is safe and successful, please follow the steps and tips below:

.

1. Verify Your Wallet

You’ll need to verify that the wallet belongs to you. You can choose one of the following methods:

  • Micro Deposit Verification: You will be asked to send a specific small amount of crypto from your wallet to a deposit address we provide.

  • Signature Verification: If your wallet supports this, you can prove ownership by signing a message.

.

2. Personal Wallet

Please do not deposit from an exchange wallet (such as Binance, OKX, etc.). These types of wallets often don’t support the extra checks we need and may cause delays or loss of funds. Only use a personal wallet, such as MetaMask, Keystone, or Ledger.

.

    3. Use the Correct Network

When making your deposit, be sure to choose the exact same network as shown in your OSL deposit instructions.

Sending to the wrong network can result in lost funds that cannot be recovered.

    Examples of common mistakes:

    • ETH: OSL only supports deposits on the Ethereum Mainnet (Layer 1). Do not send from Layer 2 networks such as Arbitrum, Optimism, or Polygon.

    • BTC: Only send via the Bitcoin network. Do not use the Lightning Network.

    2. Verify your wallet

    3. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code to deposit

    4. Wait for confirmation

Once the blockchain confirms the transfer, the funds will be added to your OSL account.

Please note: Network congestion or security checks may cause slight delays.
