To cancel your OSL account, please follow the steps below via the OSL app:

• Log in to your OSL account on the app

• Tap the "User" icon

• Go to "System Settings"

• Select "Account Cancellation"

• Review the important notice

• Tap "Submit Account Cancellation Request"

Note: Please make sure your account balance is zero before submitting the request. Account cancellation is only available through the OSL App.
