This page is OSL's dated index of primary USDGO issuer, reserve-attestation and redemption materials. As of August 11, 2026, Anchorage Digital Bank, National Association is identified as the USDGO issuer. The latest public report measures USDGO and its reserve assets as of June 30, 2026 and is dated July 28, 2026. Anchorage Digital Bank's Covered Stablecoin Terms provide general redemption conditions for its clients, but a USDGO-specific public fee entry and operating procedure were not verified by the evidence cutoff.
Within OSL Group, USDGO is the standalone stablecoin business and brand; OSL Group is not the issuer. This hub helps enterprises locate issuer-side evidence and record the date and scope of each source. It does not establish that an OSL service, a particular enterprise or every USDGO holder has direct issuance or redemption access.

The figures below reproduce point-in-time measurements from the June 30, 2026 USDGO Reserve Report. They should be read with the report's definitions, schedules and exclusions. S3
Reported measure | Value at June 30, 2026 | Report location |
|---|---|---|
- | - | - |
Total USDGO redeemable tokens outstanding | 859,224,943 | Schedule I |
Total reserve assets | USD 861,072,523 | Schedule II |
Cash | USD 9,410,255 | Schedule II |
BUIDL, at fair value | USD 170,977,843 | Schedule II |
Money-market funds, at net asset value | USD 680,684,425 | Schedule II |
Reported surplus | USD 1,847,580 | Schedule III |
The report states that the accountant's examination addressed management's assertion for the specified report date under the stated criteria. It also states that the examination did not determine compliance with federal, state or local law, contractual obligations, or the suitability or operating effectiveness of controls. The figures therefore describe the position at June 30, 2026; they do not establish the reserve position after that date.
Each entry remains linked to the original file so an enterprise can identify which evidence was available for an earlier review. A newer report does not change the measurement made in an older report.

Reserve reporting and redemption terms are separate evidence. The reserve report refers readers to the company's terms for purchase and redemption rights, including which holders have those rights. The current public Covered Stablecoin Terms state that they apply to payment stablecoin Series issued by Anchorage Digital Bank and distinguish between bank clients and non-clients. S3S4
Evidence item | Verified position at cutoff | Remaining limit |
|---|---|---|
- | - | - |
Direct redemption eligibility | The general terms state that Anchorage Digital Bank redeems Covered Stablecoins exclusively from its clients and does not redeem them from non-clients | A holder should not assume client status or direct USDGO redemption access without the applicable account agreement and bank confirmation |
Redemption value | The general terms state that eligible redemptions occur at the applicable Series' par value, net of applicable fees | The public fee schedule located at cutoff does not list a USDGO-specific fee |
Request acceptance | The bank may refuse, suspend or limit a request for stated compliance, risk, operational, liquidity, regulatory or contractual reasons | The terms do not guarantee acceptance or completion for a particular request |
Processing time | The bank states that it uses commercially reasonable efforts to process requests promptly | No fixed USDGO processing time or service level was verified publicly |
Operating procedure | The terms must be read with the applicable Master Account Agreement for bank clients | A public USDGO instruction method, settlement account requirement and escalation path were not verified |
These gaps do not prove that a route is unavailable. They mean that public evidence alone is insufficient to confirm the route for a particular enterprise. OSL and enterprise reviewers should obtain the applicable bank and service documents before treating direct redemption as an operating path or fallback.

When a new report appears, OSL Editorial Team should add a new row, retain the prior link, record the measurement date separately from the publication or signature date, and update the latest snapshot only after checking the source file. Changes to issuer terms or USDGO-specific redemption evidence should be logged as separate page updates.
