If you have forgotten your login password, please follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Visit https://trade-hk.osl.com/register/forgotPassword

2. Enter the email address associated with your OSL account. Click "Next".

3. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.

4. Enter the email OTP.

(If you have previously set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you will also be prompted to enter the OTP generated from your authenticator app.)

5. Enter your new secure password and click "Change Password" to complete the reset process.
