[Institution] StableHub Trading Rules
I. Core Trading Functions
1:1 No Slippage Exchange
Within the specified limits, strict 1:1 exchange is supported for selected trading pairs between stablecoins or with USD, ensuring zero price deviation and no slippage. Please note that available pairs and limits are subject to the actual display on the StableHub interface. Conversions are subject to network fees, liquidity limits, these Trading Rules and the Terms. The actual conversion rate may vary slightly depending on market conditions.
Exchange Limits
All StableHub currencies are subject to 1:1 exchange limits, including Account exchange limits and total platform exchange limits.
Excess Order Handling Mechanism
If an order volume exceeds the available 1:1 exchange limit, please note that there are two types of handling mechanisms:
Type A - Exchange Suspension: For specific trading pairs, exchange services will be suspended for the day; trading will resume once the limit is refreshed.
Type B - Execution at Market Price: For these trading pairs, the entire order will proceed via Convert at the current market price once the limit is exceeded. The exchange price will be based on the StableHub trading interface. If the current quote does not meet the User's expectations, the User may reject the quote and adjust the order amount, after which the system will generate a new quote.
Specific rules applicable to each trading pair are subject to the latest official announcements.
II. Limit Calculation and Usage Rules
1. Limit Rules
For trading pairs with 1:1 exchange limits, StableHub employs a dual-layer limits control system:
Account Daily/Monthly Limit: The maximum 1:1 exchange limit for each Account per day or month. StableHub applies a tailored Account limit mechanism, where the "Account" used herein strictly refers to the User's "Portfolio ID." Accordingly, all trading limits and risk controls specified herein are enforced solely at the Portfolio ID level. The 1:1 exchange quota for each Account is fully customized based on the User's specific business scale and compliance assessment. To apply for, modify, or increase Account limits, please contact your dedicated Account Manager directly.
Global Pool Daily/Monthly Limit: The total 1:1 exchange limit shared by all Accounts across the platform on a daily or monthly basis.
The 1:1 exchange limit is calculated based on the net buy volume and net sell volume for each Digital Asset.
Net Buy Volume = Buy Volume - Sell Volume.
Net Sell Volume = Sell Volume - Buy Volume.
Therefore, the limit requirements are as follows:
Each Account's daily/monthly net buy volume must be less than their Account daily/monthly net buy limit. The sum of all Accounts' daily/monthly net buy volumes must be less than the Global Pool daily/monthly net buy limit.
Each Account's daily/monthly net sell volume must be less than their Account daily/monthly net sell limit. The sum of all Accounts' daily/monthly net sell volumes must be less than the Global Pool daily/monthly net sell limit.
If the order volume exceeds the 1:1 exchange limit, for type A trading pairs, the entire order will be canceled; for type B trading pairs, the entire order will be quoted at market prices, with the final price displayed on the trading page prevailing.
2. Limit Calculation Principles
Buying the designated asset (e.g., buying USDC) → deducts from both the Account limit and the platform limit.
Selling the designated asset (e.g., selling USDC) → restores both the Account limit and the platform pool limit.
3. Global Pool Limit Details

5. Order Execution Logic When a User places an order, StableHub will first check the platform limit and the Account limit:
If both the platform and the Account limit exceed the proposed order volume , the order will be executed at the 1:1 price.
If either limit is lower, for type A trading pairs, the entire order will be canceled; for type B trading pairs, the entire order will be executed at market prices (as displayed on the StableHub page). The User may cancel the order, adjust the volume to fit within the limit, or proceed with the market price quote.
6. Limit Reset
Monthly Limits: Both Account and global limits will be automatically reset on the 1st day of each calendar month at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Daily Limits: Account and global limits will be automatically reset daily at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Emergency Reset: In the event that a limit is reached, StableHub may, at its sole discretion, perform an early limit reset based on User demand without prior notice.
