XAUT Golden Airdrop Campaign Rules

Campaign Period: February 13, 2026, 18:00 – March 15, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)

Users must click to register on the campaign page. Those who meet any one of the following requirements within the 30 days prior to the campaign end time (March 15, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)) will qualify for the free $128 XAUT airdrop:

• 30-day cumulative spot trading volume (Flash trade and Pro trade, excluding stablecoins 1:1 swap volume) ≥ 100,000 USD equivalent

• 30-day average daily asset holdings ≥ 30,000 USD equivalent

• 30-day cumulative futures trading volume ≥ 100,000 USD equivalent

Important Notes:

1. Calculation Period: User asset holdings and trading volumes are calculated based on the period from February 13, 2026, 18:00 (UTC) to March 15, 2026, 23:59 (UTC). The 30-day average daily asset holding is calculated using the average of daily snapshots taken at random times during this period.

2. Eligibility: Market makers, institutional accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this activity.

3. Reward Quotas: Total rewards for this campaign are limited to 200 winners (valued at $128 XAUT each). Rewards will be distributed based on the following ranking rules:

• Holding Track (Cap: 100 Winners): Users with an average daily asset holding of ≥ 30,000 USD. If the number of qualified users exceeds the cap, participants will be ranked by their 30-day average daily asset holdings in descending order. The top 100 users will receive the reward.

• Trading Track (Cap: 100 Winners): Users with a cumulative Spot or Futures trading volume of ≥ 100,000 USD. If the number of qualified users exceeds the cap, participants will be ranked by their 30-day cumulative total trading volume in descending order. The top 100 users will receive the reward.

• Dual Qualification Priority: Users who meet the criteria for both tracks will receive priority in reward distribution. However, each eligible user is limited to receiving one (1) reward only; rewards cannot be stacked.

Terms and Conditions:

   • Dual Qualification Priority: Users who meet the criteria for both tracks will receive priority in reward distribution. However, each eligible user is limited to receiving one (1) reward only; rewards cannot be stacked.

3. XAUT rewards will be distributed to the winning users' funding accounts within 15 business days after the campaign ends.

4. Eligibility: This Campaign is available only to eligible users in eligible jurisdictions, as determined by OSL Global in its sole discretion, and may require further verification and compliance checks. OSL Global reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke the fee waiver in cases of any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.
