At OSL, we value every step of your investment journey. As our wealth management product ecosystem continues to mature, we have upgraded the VIP Program — linking monthly rewards to wealth management product holdings, enabling VIP users to earn both the product's annualised return and monthly cash rewards simultaneously.
This adjustment does not change any VIP tier thresholds or exclusive privileges. It provides a more substantive reward structure for our users.
Core Change: Monthly rewards upgraded from 'automatic upon tier qualification' to 'earned by holding eligible wealth management products'.
Unchanged:
VIP tier thresholds (asset / volume requirements)
VIP status and tier assessment logic
All VIP exclusive privileges (dedicated advisor, events, fee benefits, etc.)
Using wealth management holdings as the reward basis addresses a longstanding structural issue: previously, monthly rewards were fixed amounts distributed automatically, with limited connection to users' actual asset allocation on the platform.
After the upgrade, VIP users who allocate to wealth management products earn both the product's annualised return and VIP monthly rewards. All eligible products are high-liquidity and support flexible redemption without affecting daily trading needs. This is part of our broader vision to improve capital efficiency while maintaining a VIP system grounded in clear, quantifiable engagement.
VIP Tier | 30-Day Avg Assets / Trading Volume | Max Monthly Reward | Required WM Daily Avg Balance | *Annual Reward |
|---|---|---|---|---|
VIP 1 | US$10K | / | / | HK$188 |
VIP 2 | US$100K | US$18 | US$25K | HK$888 |
VIP 3 | US$500K | US$108 | US$150K | HK$1,888 |

Rewards are calculated on a linear pro-rata basis — no 'all-or-nothing' threshold:
Monthly Reward = Tier Maximum × Actual WM Daily Avg Balance ÷ Required Balance
Example: VIP4 user with US$100,000 WM daily average balance
Monthly Reward = 258 × 100,000 ÷ 350,000 = US$73.71
The user also earns the WM product's annualised return on top of this.
Zero WM balance = no monthly reward (VIP status and benefits unaffected)
Minimum distribution: US$1
Distributed within 30 business days after monthly settlement
Retail users receive USD; PI users receive USDGO
Annual reward amounts remain unchanged (see table above). Qualification is assessed in two phases:
Period | Qualifying Month Criteria |
|---|---|
Jan – Jun | Maintain VIP tier for the month |
Jul – Dec | WM daily avg balance meets tier threshold |
Jul–Dec WM balance tier mapping:
≥ US$25,000 → Counted as VIP2
≥ US$150,000 → Counted as VIP3
≥ US$350,000 → Counted as VIP4
Qualifying months ≥ 50% of total months (from first VIP month to December)
6+ qualifying months = full amount; fewer = pro-rated (amount × months ÷ 6)
Distribution: by 31 January 2027
This upgrade integrates WM holdings into the VIP value framework, recognising diversified asset allocation rather than limiting users to a single activity. The following products count toward your WM daily average balance:
Product | Type |
|---|---|
CAMC Digital Gold ETF (RWA) - HKD | Tokenised Gold |
CAMC USD Digital MMF | USD Money Market Fund |
Taikung Kaitai USD MMF | USD Money Market Fund |
CAMC HKD Digital MMF | HKD Money Market Fund |
Product list is dynamically updated. All products support flexible redemption with no lock-up.
From 1 July 2025, the following stablecoin pairs are excluded from VIP trading volume calculation (applies to both Flash Trade and Pro Trade): USDT/USD, USDGO/USD, USDGO/USDC, USDGO/USDT, RLUSD/HKD, USDT/HKD. All other trading pairs on both Flash Trade (RFQ) and Pro Trade (Order Book) continue to count toward VIP tier evaluation.
For new users, the path to VIP qualification has been fully expanded. Beyond allocating to WM products, newly registered or unfunded users can participate in the VIP Welcome Deposit Gift for additional stacked rewards:
Start date: 1 June 2026
Conditions: Cumulative net deposit + 30-day retention
Reward: BTC (retail) / USDGO (PI)
Welcome rewards are independent of VIP monthly rewards and WM product returns — all can be enjoyed simultaneously.

Users today engage across products in increasingly dynamic ways — trading, holding, investing, and allocating capital. Here are suggested paths for different scenarios:
User Type | Suggestion |
|---|---|
Idle funds in account | Allocate to eligible WM products for both product returns and monthly rewards |
Primarily trading | Continue using Flash Trade; allocate non-trading funds to WM to activate rewards |
Focused on annual reward | Ensure WM daily avg balance meets tier threshold from July onwards |
New user | Join Welcome Gift first, then allocate to WM for stacked rewards |
The crypto industry is entering a more structured, globally integrated phase. Participation continues to expand, and users' asset allocation approaches are more dynamic than ever. This VIP Program upgrade is built on that trend — aligning the reward mechanism with how users actually engage, so that every VIP's capital allocation earns the returns it deserves.
