• Same-Name Account Principle: You must use a personal bank account that exactly matches your registered name on OSL. The use of third-party accounts (e.g., spouse, parents) or corporate accounts (for individual account users) for fund transfers is strictly prohibited.

• Mandatory Reference Code: When making a bank wire transfer, you must accurately enter the system-generated exclusive reference code in the "Remarks/Message to Payee" field. This is the sole credential for the system to identify the ownership of your funds.

• No Cash Deposits: The platform does not accept any form of over-the-counter cash deposits or ATM cash transfers. Such operations will fail the compliance review.

Fiat Deposit Steps

Limit Notice: The minimum single fiat withdrawal amount is HK$0.01. For large-scale fund transfers, it is recommended to contact your dedicated VIP account manager.

• US Dollar (USD) Exclusive Channels:

  • Bank Transfer/CHATS/Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Transfer into OSL's designated USD trust account via international wire transfer. The arrival time depends on the processing schedule of the remitting bank (typically 1-2 business days).

Step 3: Obtain Receiving Information and Transfer

Based on the exclusive OSL receiving information displayed by the system, log in to your online banking or mobile banking App to complete the transfer operation.

Fiat Withdrawal Steps

Once you have liquidated your assets, you can withdraw fiat currency to your bound same-name bank account at any time.

Step 1: Fund Transfer

Before withdrawing, please transfer your fiat funds from the "Flash Trade Account" to the "Funding Account".

Step 2: Initiate Withdrawal

Click [Assets] -> [Withdraw] -> [Select Fiat].

Step 3: Add Bank Account (First Time Only)

Click "Add New Bank Account", enter your same-name bank account number, and complete the secure binding with 2FA (Google Authenticator).

Step 4: Submit Application

Enter the withdrawal amount and confirm. The platform typically completes processing within 1-2 business days, and the funds will be remitted directly to your bank account.
