Affected Services:

• eDDA bank account binding service

• RTDDI direct debit service for bound bank accounts

• Automated processing for withdrawal services will be temporarily unavailable

• Deposit processing times may be delayed

Supported Withdrawal Methods:

• Withdrawal methods remain unchanged, but processing times may be affected.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• HKD FPS deposits

• Online bank transfers (supporting HKD, USD, RMB, GBP, and EUR)

We strongly recommend arranging your transactions in advance to avoid any disruption.
