To improve user experience, OSL HK will support the upcoming Polygon (POL) network upgrade and hard fork. The network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the block height of 50,185,000, or approximately at 2026-07-29 22:00 (Hong Kong time ("HKT")). To ensure the safety of user assets and a smooth transition during the upgrade, OSL HK will temporarily suspend the deposit and withdrawal services on the POL network at 2026-07-29 21:00 (HKT).

Please take note of the following details and schedule:

• Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals: Deposit and withdrawal services on the POL network will be suspended at 2026-07-29 21:00 (HKT).

• Trading Unaffected: Trading services on the POL network will remain fully operational during the network upgrade.

• No Action Required: OSL HK will handle the technical requirements involved for all users. Your assets remain secured during this period.

• Resumption of Services: Deposits and withdrawals services on the POL network will be reopened once the upgraded network is deemed stable. No further announcement will be made.
