To further strengthen account and asset security and mitigate potential risks, OSL HK will introduce a 24-hour Protection Period for new withdrawal addresses added and verified by individual retail users, effective August 31, 2026.

Feature details

• 24-hour Protection Period: When you add and verify a new withdrawal address for the first time, the address will automatically be subject to a 24-hour Protection Period. During this period, you will be temporarily unable to make withdrawals to the address. Please use this time to carefully verify the accuracy of the address and ensure that it belongs to you.

• Automatic unlock after the Protection Period: Once the 24-hour Protection Period ends, the restriction on the withdrawal address will be automatically lifted, and you can make withdrawals to the address as usual.

• Who this applies to: This upgrade applies only to OSL HK individual retail users. Restrictions may be dynamically adjusted based on OSL HK's overall risk assessment of the account.
