OSL Institutional Monthly Recap | November 2025

Dec 5, 2025
Share

November delivered another defining month for institutional digital asset growth across Hong Kong and APAC. Global liquidity conditions shifted as stablecoins continued to dominate market flows, tokenized funds gained stronger traction, and regulatory clarity across Asia accelerated institutional participation.

Against this backdrop, OSL advanced several market-building initiatives, strengthening the regulated rails that institutions rely on: custody, execution, tokenization, and cross-border interoperability. Below is a consolidated view of what we achieved this month, and what lies ahead.

Institutional Product Highlights

CustodyZero: Expanding Access to Regulated Digital Asset Infrastructure

1.PNG

As institutional inflows shifted toward regulated venues and insured custodians, OSL launched CustodyZero, an initiative designed to lower the barrier to institutional-grade digital asset custody. From now until 30 June 2026, qualified family offices, fund managers, and corporate treasuries can onboard with:

  • 0% custody fees for up to 6 months

  • SOC 2 Type II audited controls

  • Hong Kong SFC-licensed operations

  • USD 1 billion insurance coverage, the strongest protection among regulated custodians

In a market where governance and operational resilience matter more than ever, CustodyZero enables institutions to experience the same auditability, reporting standards, and asset protection used in traditional finance.
