Luxembourg and Hong Kong, 15 September 2026 — Banking Circle S.A. (Banking Circle) has expanded its collaboration with OSL Group (HKEX: 863), a global stablecoin payment and trading platform, to support the global growth of OSL's business solutions, connecting institutional clients to multi-currency payment rails across five additional currencies beyond EUR.
Banking Circle is now supporting OSL across six currencies, including AUD, EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD and USD, as OSL's B2B business expands into new markets.
Under the new collaboration, Banking Circle will provide OSL the infrastructure to streamline fiat settlement, crypto conversion, and liquidity management across OSL's business platforms. By leveraging Banking Circle’s 24/7 instant payment network BC-Now, OSL enables institutional clients to receive, convert, and settle funds globally 365 days a year through a single, compliant platform, eliminating the need to manage multiple banking relationships across different jurisdictions.
The announcement comes as clearer regulatory frameworks for digital assets— including MiCAR in Europe and the GENIUS Act in the U.S.— drive increasing institutional adoption. OSL’s European subsidiary, OSL EU, was recently authorized as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) under MiCAR, further strengthenin its global footprint. As stablecoins move further into regulated financial services, institutions need reliable fiat connectivity to enable seamless payments, settlement and compliant on- and off-ramp capabilities.
