3. VIP Tiers & Wealth Management Rewards

OSL VIP uses a four-tier structure (VIP 1 – VIP 4), assessed daily based on the higher of assets or trading volume. From July 2026, monthly rewards are linked to wealth management product holdings — users who allocate to eligible products earn both the product's annualised return and VIP monthly rewards.

4. Monthly Reward Calculation

Monthly rewards are calculated on a linear pro-rata basis:

Monthly Reward = Tier Maximum × Actual WM Daily Avg Balance ÷ Required Balance

Example: VIP4 user with US$100,000 WM daily average balance

Monthly Reward = 258 × 100,000 ÷ 350,000 = US$73.71

The user also earns the annualised return from the WM product itself.

Distribution Rules

• Zero WM balance = no monthly reward (VIP status and benefits unaffected)

• Minimum distribution: US$1

• Distributed within 30 business days after monthly settlement

• Retail users receive USD; PI users receive USDGO

5. Annual Reward Rules

Annual reward amounts remain unchanged (see table above). Qualification is assessed in two phases:

Jul–Dec WM balance tier mapping:

• ≥ US$25,000 → Counted as VIP2

• ≥ US$150,000 → Counted as VIP3

• ≥ US$350,000 → Counted as VIP4

Distribution Conditions

• Qualifying months ≥ 50% of total months (from first VIP month to December)

• 6+ qualifying months = full amount; fewer = pro-rated (amount × months ÷ 6)

• Reward tier: most frequent VIP tier among qualifying months; ties resolved by higher tier

• Distribution: by 31 January 2027

This upgrade recognises diversified asset allocation by integrating WM holdings into the VIP reward framework. The following products count toward your WM daily average balance:

7. How to Become an OSL VIP

OSL VIP tiers are assessed daily. Qualify by meeting either condition:

Path A (Asset-Driven):

30-day average asset balance meets the tier threshold (e.g. US$100,000 for VIP 2).

Path B (Trading-Driven):

30-day cumulative trading volume meets the tier threshold (e.g. US$100,000 for VIP 2).

Trading Volume Update (July 2026)

From 1 July 2025, the following stablecoin pairs are excluded from VIP trading volume calculation (applies to both Flash Trade and Pro Trade): USDT/USD, USDGO/USD, USDGO/USDC, USDGO/USDT, RLUSD/HKD, USDT/HKD. All other trading pairs on both Flash Trade (RFQ) and Pro Trade (Order Book) continue to count toward VIP tier evaluation.

Daily, based on the higher of your asset balance or trading volume.

Pro-rata based on WM daily average balance. Full threshold = max reward; partial = proportional. Zero WM = no reward, but VIP status unaffected.
