Why did my eDDA deposit fail?
Most eDDA authorization failures occur due to mismatches between your bank account details, account holder name, or ID number. Here are common reasons and solutions:
Bank account does not exist
Check your account number against your online banking or bank statement.
Name does not match the bank account
Ensure the name entered matches the account holder name (order/format matters).
Invalid ID number
Verify your ID type and number are correct.
ID number does not match the bank’s records
Confirm the ID used matches the one registered with your bank, or try another valid ID.
Name/ID number does not match the bank account
Ensure it’s your own account and review the registered ID details.
Other tips: Try another bank account if issues persist.
