Terms & Conditions
- The OSL Sultan League ("Campaign") is organized by OSL Indonesia and will run from 12 June 2026 to 19 July 2026. The Campaign is open to all OSL Indonesia users who have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. By participating in this Campaign, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- OSL Indonesia reserves the right to modify, adjust, suspend, terminate, or update the Campaign, its mechanics, rewards, or any related terms at any time if necessary.
- All decisions made by OSL Indonesia regarding any aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to participant verification, winner selection, reward distribution, and violation handling, are final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
- The Campaign is open to all OSL Indonesia users with an active account who have completed the KYC verification process. Participants must comply with all platform rules and must not engage in any illegal, regulatory-violating, or internally prohibited activities.
- OSL Indonesia reserves the right to disqualify participants found engaging in wash trading, self-trading, volume manipulation, multi-account usage, referral abuse, or any other activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Campaign or the platform.
- Participants may earn raffle tickets by completing various challenges available during the Campaign period. Raffle tickets serve as entries for the Lucky Draw program, giving participants the opportunity to win designated rewards. The more raffle tickets a participant collects, the higher their chances of winning. Raffle tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be assigned to any other party. All raffle tickets remain valid until the official draw is conducted according to the schedule set by OSL Indonesia.
- OSL Indonesia may introduce various challenges throughout the Campaign, including but not limited to trading activities after World Cup goals, daily trading volume targets, cumulative trading volume milestones, trading on specific pairs, or other challenges announced via the Campaign page. Challenge details, raffle ticket rewards, duration, and additional rules may be updated at any time by OSL Indonesia.
- Participants may also earn rewards based on cumulative trading volume achieved during the Campaign. Eligible trading volume includes Spot Trading, Flash Trade, RFQ, or other products officially included in the Campaign. Only valid transactions will be counted. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to adjust calculation methods to ensure fairness and integrity.
- Tier-based rewards are calculated based on cumulative trading volume. Participants are eligible to receive only the First-Time Reward (if applicable) and the reward from the highest tier achieved. Lower-tier rewards are not cumulative. For example, a participant who reaches Tier 2 will only receive the First-Time Reward and Tier 2 reward, not Tier 1 rewards.
- Certain rewards may follow limited quotas, milestones, First Come First Served (FCFS), or Lucky Draw mechanisms as specified on the Campaign page.
- In addition to milestone-based rewards, OSL Indonesia also provides a Lucky Draw mechanism using raffle tickets. Participants may redeem their raffle tickets at any time during the Campaign period according to the available rewards listed on the Campaign page. Each redemption gives participants an entry into the relevant draw. Draw results will be published on the Campaign page after the Campaign ends and verification is completed. The more raffle tickets redeemed, the higher the chances of winning.
- Winners of physical prizes are required to complete a claim form provided by OSL Indonesia for verification and delivery purposes. Winners of travel, accommodation, or experiential rewards must also complete the required form for confirmation and arrangement. Physical prizes will be delivered within an estimated 14-30 business days after successful verification of the form. If a winner fails to provide the required information within 14 days after announcement, OSL Indonesia reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or reallocate the prize.
- OSL Indonesia is not responsible for any delays, failures, or disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, third-party service failures, logistics issues, or force majeure events. In certain situations, OSL Indonesia may adjust the Campaign schedule, reward mechanisms, or distribution process to ensure smooth execution.
- Any taxes, fees, or additional charges arising from prize acceptance are the responsibility of the winner, if required by applicable regulations. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to substitute any reward with another equal value if necessary. In the event of any discrepancy between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
- OSL Indonesia reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to maintain the integrity, fairness, security, and smooth operation of the Campaign.
