Recently, there have been attempts by malicious actors to impersonate BC Group and OSL brands and their personnel. We encourage all customers and platform users to at all times remain alert for scams, phishing hacks, and other malicious activities.

Bad actors may attempt to steal personal information and items of value including passwords, private keys and fiat currency, or by falsely claiming to be representatives of BC Group and/or OSL. Be on the lookout for anything suspicious and please remember to read and carefully review emails or other communications before taking any action. 

We will never directly request you to disclose your username or password to anyone under any circumstances, whether by email, chat or through other communication channels. We will never directly request you to deposit or withdraw fiat currency or virtual assets outside of the OSL platform. 

Always enable additional safety protocols such as 2-factor authentication on your accounts where available. Please exercise caution when dealing with anyone that asks for access to your private information or proposes a transaction or business arrangement involving your digital assets, regardless of how and where it is requested.
