UPO uses a loyalty points system as its main reward currency. Points are earned by completing missions and participating in campaigns, and can be redeemed for various prizes on the Redeem Points page.

The program runs for 30 days, from 1 September to 30 September 2026, and is open to all OSL Indonesia users who have completed KYC verification.

To win prizes on UPO Rewards Hub, you can collect points through trading activity or by completing various missions. Accumulated points can be used to redeem prizes directly or exchanged for Raffle Tickets to enter the Lucky Draw and stand a chance to win the grand prizes.Here are the 3 main steps to follow:

Collect Points

Trade on the OSL Indonesia app via Spot or Quick Buy/Sell.
Points accumulate automatically based on your trading volume and product.
Beyond trading, points can also be earned through Daily Check-in, Daily Mission, and Weekly Mission.

Accumulated points can be redeemed for prizes directly or exchanged for Raffle Tickets to enter the Lucky Draw.

Instant Redemption

Open the Redeem Points menu in UPO Rewards Hub.
Choose the prize you want. Make sure your points balance is sufficient to redeem.

Available prizes include T-shirts, USDGO vouchers, e-money, and more. Once redemption is successful, the prize will be processed according to its respective delivery mechanism.

Exchange Points for Raffle Tickets

If you'd like to enter the Lucky Draw to win a grand prize:

Open the Redeem Points menu in UPO Rewards Hub.
Select Raffle Ticket. Every 10 points can be exchanged for 1 Raffle Ticket, and each Raffle Ticket gives you 1 Draw chance.
Once you have your Raffle Tickets, open the Points Lucky Draw page and click Draw Now.

The more Raffle Tickets you have, the more chances you have to win grand prizes like the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, or Apple Watch 11.

Example Calculation If you have 50 points in your Redeem Points balance, you can convert them into 5 Raffle Tickets. Each ticket is used for 1 Draw, giving you 5 Draw chances from that accumulation.

Eligibility

The program is open to all OSL Indonesia users aged 18 and above who have completed KYC verification. Each user may only use one account (UID). Using more than one account is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Accounts flagged by Risk Control, Market Maker accounts, accounts with duplicate identities (including matching Device ID, KYC documents, phone number, or bank account), and accounts that have been suspended or terminated are not eligible to participate in the program.

How to Earn Points

Trade on the OSL Indonesia app via Spot or Quick Buy/Sell — points accumulate automatically based on trading volume and product.
Complete Daily Check-in, Daily Mission, and Weekly Mission as displayed on the Missions page.

Using Points

Points can be redeemed directly for prizes on the Redeem Points page. Available prizes include OSL T-Shirt, USDGO vouchers, e-money cards, and other prizes as shown in the app. Redemption is only available when your points balance is sufficient, and prizes are processed according to their respective mechanisms after successful redemption.
Points can be exchanged for Raffle Tickets at a rate of 10 points per 1 Raffle Ticket. Each Raffle Ticket gives you 1 Draw chance on the Points Lucky Draw. Raffle prize outcomes are selected randomly by the system algorithm.

OSL Indonesia reserves the right to conduct additional verification and disqualify participants indicated to be engaged in wash trading, volume manipulation, multi-accounting, bots, or other unauthorized activities.
