Additional Affiliate Rewards

In addition to leaderboard rewards, all participants remain eligible to earn affiliate commissions under the OSL Affiliate Hub program. Commissions are calculated separately based on the trading activities of successfully referred users.Participants therefore have three potential sources of earnings:

  • Affiliate commissions generated by referred users' trading activities.

  • Rewards from the Top Inviter leaderboard.

  • Rewards from the Top Volume leaderboard.

All leaderboard rewards are paid in addition to affiliate commissions. Affiliate commissions are also lifetime based, allowing participants to continue earning commissions from the trading activities of their referred users in accordance with the applicable Affiliate Program terms and conditions.

How to Participate

Participants can access the campaign through the OSL Affiliate Hub. The dashboard provides referral links and regularly updated performance data, including the number of successfully referred users, total trading volume generated, and estimated earnings.Creators are free to determine the promotional strategy that best suits their audience. This may include introducing OSL Indonesia's products and features, highlighting the advantages of trading on a licensed and regulated platform, sharing market insights, or creating educational content about digital assets and the opportunities available within the OSL ecosystem.Participants are encouraged to include a clear call to action at the end of their content, inviting their audience to register and begin trading on OSL Indonesia using their referral link.

Qualified First-Time Trader (FTT)

A referred user will only be counted as a Qualified First-Time Trader (FTT) if all of the following requirements are met during the campaign period:

  • Registers on OSL Indonesia using the participant's referral link or referral code.

  • Successfully completes KYC verification.

  • Executes trades with a cumulative value of at least IDR 200,000.

First trades are calculated cumulatively. For example, a user who completes two trades worth IDR 100,000 each will satisfy the minimum trading requirement of IDR 200,000. Only users who register during the campaign period through the participant's referral link or code will be counted. Existing OSL Indonesia users are not eligible.

Trading Volume Calculation

Trading volume is calculated based on the aggregate Spot (Buy & Sell) and RFQ trading volume executed during the campaign period by the participant's referred user cohort. Wash trading, internal transfers, and bot generated activities will not be counted toward trading volume calculations.

Terms & Conditions

  • Campaign Overview: The OSL Creator Challenge is a creator (KOL) acquisition campaign run by OSL Indonesia. Participating users compete on two parallel leaderboards, Top Inviter and Top Volume, based on the performance of the users they refer to during the campaign period.

  • Campaign Period: 23 July 2026, 15:00 WIB until 23 August 2026, 23:00 WIB. All campaign times follow WIB (GMT+7). OSL Indonesia may extend or shorten the campaign period, and any change will be announced through OSL Indonesia’s official channels.

  • Leaderboard and Prize Pool: The campaign runs two independent leaderboards, Top Inviter and Top Volume. The size of each prize pool is unlocked by campaign-wide milestones rather than individual performance, and the pool is then distributed among the top ranked participants of each leaderboard. For the total prize pool, the milestone thresholds, and the allocation per rank, please refer to the official campaign announcement blog. The figures published in the announcement blog prevail over any other summary, screenshot, or third party republication of this campaign.

  • No Guaranteed Prize: Prize pools are unlocked only when the corresponding campaign-wide milestone is reached. If a milestone is not reached during the campaign period, the associated pool does not unlock and is not distributed. Participation, ranking, or content production alone does not create any entitlement to a prize. Prize amounts stated in the announcement blog are maximum potential values, not guaranteed payouts.

  • Relationship to Affiliate Commissions: Leaderboard prizes are separate from and paid in addition to affiliate commissions earned through the OSL Affiliate Hub. Affiliate commissions are governed by the applicable OSL Affiliate Program terms and are not affected by a participant’s leaderboard ranking. Where a participant has separately signed a collaboration agreement with OSL Indonesia, the terms of that agreement apply independently of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Eligibility: Participation is open to all users and is not limited to creators officially onboarded by OSL Indonesia. Each participating user must be aged 18 or above, hold an OSL Indonesia account with completed KYC verification, use only one account (UID) and one referral code issued by OSL for the duration of the campaign, and accept these Terms & Conditions before publishing any campaign content. Participants must not be residents of, or located in, any jurisdiction where participation would be unlawful, and must not be listed on any applicable sanctions list.

  • Excluded Accounts: Accounts flagged by Risk Control, Market Maker accounts, employees of OSL Indonesia and its affiliates, duplicate identity accounts (including matching Device ID, KYC documents, phone number, or bank account), and suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible. OSL Indonesia may exclude an account at any stage of the campaign, including after the campaign has ended.

  • Referral Link, Code, and Tracking: Each participant receives a unique referral link, a referral code, and access to a dashboard through the OSL Affiliate Hub showing clicks, signups, KYC completions, deposits, first trades, trading volume, and estimated earnings. Dashboard figures are indicative and are updated periodically. They may be delayed, incomplete, or subsequently adjusted, and do not constitute a final or binding record of a participant’s performance.

  • Qualified First-Time Trader (FTT): A referred user is counted as a Qualified FTT only when all of the following are completed within the campaign period: registration on OSL Indonesia using the participant’s referral link or code, completion of KYC verification, and a first trade with a cumulative value of at least IDR 200,000. Attribution is determined at the point of registration only and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Trading Volume: Trading volume is calculated as the cumulative Spot (Buy & Sell) and RFQ volume executed during the campaign period by the participant’s referred cohort, meaning users acquired through the participant’s referral link or code during the campaign period. Wash trading, internal transfers, self-referral, and bot generated activity are excluded and may result in disqualification.

  • Ranking and Ties: Rankings are determined solely by OSL Indonesia’s backend records following Risk Control review. Where two or more participants record identical results, the participant who reached that result earlier, based on OSL Indonesia’s backend timestamp, ranks higher. OSL Indonesia’s determination of rankings is final.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Participants must not create or use multiple accounts, incentivise registrations through cash rebates or guaranteed returns, misrepresent OSL Indonesia’s products, services, licensing status, or regulatory standing, promise or imply any specific investment return, or promote the campaign through spam, impersonation, or misleading advertising. Participants must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations governing digital asset promotion and advertising, and must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with OSL Indonesia in campaign content. Content that violates these requirements may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

  • Independent Content: Participants act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of OSL Indonesia. Content published by participants reflects the participant’s own views. Participants are solely responsible for the content they publish and for any claim arising from it, and OSL Indonesia does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for statements made by participants outside officially approved campaign materials.

  • Not Investment Advice: Nothing in this campaign, in the announcement blog, or in participant content constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or a solicitation to trade. Digital asset trading carries risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Participants and their audiences are responsible for their own decisions.

  • Prize Distribution: Leaderboard prizes are paid in USDGO to the winning participant’s OSL Indonesia account within 14 working days after the campaign ends and after Risk Control review is complete. Distribution may be delayed by verification, compliance, or technical requirements. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The value of USDGO may fluctuate, and OSL Indonesia makes no representation as to its value at any point in time. Any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, and levies are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Fraud and Clawback: OSL Indonesia may review, adjust, or reverse any referral, volume figure, ranking, or prize where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified, including after the campaign has ended and after prizes have been distributed. Where a prize has already been credited, OSL Indonesia may recover the equivalent amount from the participant’s account.

  • Personal Data: By participating, users consent to OSL Indonesia processing their account data for the purposes of tracking, ranking, verification, and prize distribution, and to the display of an identifier such as a masked UID or display name on campaign leaderboards and announcements. Personal data is processed in accordance with OSL Indonesia’s Privacy Policy and applicable Indonesian personal data protection law.

  • Disputes: Any dispute regarding rankings, attribution, or prize allocation must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days after the campaign end date, through OSL Indonesia Customer Support via Live Chat or [email protected], or through the assigned campaign manager where one has been designated. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

  • OSL Reserves: OSL Indonesia reserves the right to determine eligibility, attribution, rankings, prize allocation, and disqualification, all of which are final and binding. OSL Indonesia may amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time where required by regulation, security, technical constraint, or force majeure, with notice through its official channels. To the extent permitted by law, OSL Indonesia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of anticipated prize, or loss arising from system downtime, tracking failure, or third party platform restrictions.

  • Governing Law and Language: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. These Terms & Conditions are issued in Bahasa Indonesia and English. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.

FAQ

  • What is the OSL Creator Challenge? A creator campaign where participants compete on two independent leaderboards, Top Inviter and Top Volume, based on the users they bring to OSL Indonesia and the trading those users do.

  • When does it run? From 23 July 2026, 15:00 WIB until 23 August 2026, 23:00 WIB.

  • Can anyone join? Yes. Participation is open to all users and is not limited to creators officially onboarded by OSL Indonesia. You must be 18 or above and hold an OSL Indonesia account with completed KYC.

  • How much can I win? Prize pool size, milestone thresholds, and the allocation per rank are set out in the official campaign announcement blog. Please refer to that announcement for all reward details.

  • Is the prize amount guaranteed? No. The pool is unlocked by campaign-wide milestones, not by your individual performance. If the campaign does not collectively reach a milestone, the pool tied to that milestone does not unlock. The figures in the announcement blog are maximum potential values.

  • Why did the prize amount change from what I expected? Because the unlocked pool depends on the total result achieved by all participants together during the campaign period. Your rank determines your share of whatever pool is unlocked, not the pool size itself.

  • Do I need to hit a leaderboard rank to earn anything? No. Affiliate commissions from your referred users’ trading activity are earned regardless of your ranking and are lifetime based under the OSL Affiliate Program terms. Leaderboard prizes are separate and paid in addition.

  • How do I get my referral link? Through the OSL Affiliate Hub, which also provides your referral code and dashboard access.

  • What does my dashboard show? Clicks, signups, KYC completions, deposits, first trades, trading volume, and estimated earnings. These figures are indicative and updated periodically. They may be delayed or later adjusted after review.

  • My dashboard number differs from the leaderboard. Which one counts? The final figures from OSL Indonesia’s backend after Risk Control review are the ones used for ranking and payout.

  • A user signed up without my code. Can it still be credited to me? No. Attribution happens at registration only and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • What counts as a Qualified FTT? A referred user who registers with your link or code, completes KYC, and makes a first trade of at least IDR 200,000, all within the campaign period.

  • A user signed up and completed KYC but never traded. Does that count? No. The IDR 200,000 first trade is required.

  • What if the user traded IDR 60,000 twice? The first trade is measured cumulatively, so IDR 100,000 plus IDR 100,000 meets the IDR 200,000 threshold.

  • Can existing OSL users count as my FTTs? No. Only users who register during the campaign period through your link or code.

  • How are the two leaderboards different? Top Inviter ranks you by the number of Qualified FTTs you bring in. Top Volume ranks you by the total trading volume of the users you referred to. The two run independently.

  • Can I win on both boards? Yes. The boards are independent and you may be ranked and paid on both.

  • What counts as trading volume? Spot (Buy and Sell) plus RFQ executed by your referred cohort during the campaign period. Wash trading, internal transfers, self-referral, and bot activity are excluded.

  • What happens if two participants have the same result? The participant who reached that result earlier, based on OSL Indonesia’s backend timestamp, ranks higher.

  • How often is the leaderboard updated? The leaderboard is updated periodically during the campaign. Displayed figures are indicative and are finalised only after Risk Control review at the end of the campaign.

  • When and how do I get my leaderboard prize? In USDGO to your OSL Indonesia account, within 14 working days after the campaign ends and Risk Control review is complete. Distribution may take longer where additional verification is required.

  • Why is the prize paid in USDGO and not rupiah? Leaderboard prizes are distributed in USDGO to your OSL Indonesia account. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed directly for cash. The value of USDGO may fluctuate.

  • Do I need to pay tax on my prize? Any applicable taxes and reporting obligations are your responsibility. OSL Indonesia does not provide tax advice.

  • What can I not say in my content? Do not promise or imply guaranteed returns, misrepresent OSL Indonesia’s products, licensing, or regulatory status, offer cash rebates for signups, or use spam, impersonation, or misleading advertising. You must clearly disclose that you are participating as an OSL Indonesia affiliate. Violations may lead to disqualification.

  • Am I representing OSL Indonesia when I post? No. Participants act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of OSL Indonesia. You are responsible for the content you publish.

  • What if some of my referrals turn out to be fake accounts? They are removed from your totals, including retroactively after the campaign and after prizes have been distributed. If the fraud traces back to you, you are disqualified and forfeit your prizes, and OSL Indonesia may recover any amount already credited.

  • What if I disagree with my ranking? Submit your dispute in writing within 7 calendar days after the campaign end date, through Live Chat or [email protected], or through your assigned campaign manager where one has been designated. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

  • Can OSL change or cancel the campaign? Yes, where required by regulation, security, technical constraint, or force majeure. Any change will be announced through OSL Indonesia’s official channels.
