OSL Indonesia, the first platform in Indonesia to officially offer a Launchpool feature under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia (OJK), announces its latest Launchpool program featuring Solana (SOL) token rewards.

Through this program, users can allocate USDGO into a pool to earn Solana (SOL) token rewards from a total reward pool worth IDR 100,000,000 in Solana (SOL).

This initiative reflects OSL Indonesia's ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality digital assets in a secure and regulatory-compliant manner, while providing users with more opportunities to earn rewards and grow their portfolios.

Launchpool Details

OSL Launchpool is a feature that allows users to allocate designated assets into a reward pool to earn designated tokens or coins as rewards during the campaign period.

  • Total Rewards: IDR 100,000,000 in Solana (SOL)

  • Campaign Period: 9 October 2026, 17:00 (UTC+7) to 30 October 2026, 17:00 (UTC+7)

Available Pools

Users can allocate USDGO into the pools for which they are eligible. Each pool uses separate USDGO, and the maximum commitment per user applies separately to each pool.

New User Pool New users are users who register, complete KYC, and make their first deposit after the campaign starts.

  • Total Rewards: 10 SOL

  • Minimum Commitment: 10 USDGO

  • Maximum Commitment: 10,000 USDGO

  • Pool Hard Cap: 1,000,000 USDGO

Existing User Pool Users who completed KYC before the campaign starts, including VIP users.

  • Total Rewards: 30 SOL

  • Minimum Commitment: 20 USDGO

  • Maximum Commitment: 20,000 USDGO

  • Pool Hard Cap: 2,000,000 USDGO

VIP Pool OSL Elite members (all tiers) at the time the campaign starts.

  • Total Rewards: 15 SOL

  • Minimum Commitment: 50 USDGO

  • Maximum Commitment: 250,000 USDGO

  • Pool Hard Cap: 2,000,000 USDGO

How to Participate

Users can join the Launchpool by following these steps:

  1. Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification

  2. Ensure sufficient USDGO balance for the selected pool

  3. Allocate USDGO to the Launchpool through the program page

  4. SOL token rewards will be calculated proportionally based on the amount of USDGO allocated and the duration of the commitment during the campaign period.

Note: There is no participation fee for this program. Rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the amount of USDGO allocated during the campaign period. USDGO can be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the applicable terms.

Reward Distribution Mechanism

Rewards are distributed proportionally based on the amount of USDGO allocated and the duration of the commitment during the campaign period.

Calculation Formula:Hourly Reward Allocation = Total Pool Rewards ÷ 365

Hourly Reward = (User Balance ÷ Total Pool Balance) × Hourly Reward Allocation

Note: OSL Indonesia will take an hourly snapshot of user balances and the total pool balance to calculate rewards. Accumulated rewards will be credited hourly throughout the campaign period. Users may withdraw USDGO at any time; However, balances not recorded at the time of a snapshot will not be counted in the reward calculation for that period, and no rewards will be calculated for the hour in which a withdrawal occurs.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Reward Calculation Mechanism: OSL Indonesia will take a snapshot of user balances and the total pool balance every hour to calculate provisional reward distribution. All calculation methods, methodologies, and eligibility determinations are final and at the sole discretion of OSL Indonesia. By participating in this program, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to this calculation method.

  2. Reward Distribution: Accumulated rewards, if any, will be credited to the user's account according to the distribution interval stated on the Launchpool program page. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to adjust the distribution schedule, delay distribution for security, operational, or compliance review, and withhold reward distribution entirely in cases of suspected abuse (see Clause 9).

  3. Asset Ownership and Withdrawal: Participants may generally request withdrawal of eligible assets at any time. However, withdrawals remain subject to system processing times and may be delayed or suspended due to security considerations, market volatility, or technical issues. Balances not recorded in a snapshot for a given period will not be included in reward distribution for that period. Withdrawing assets may also result in rewards not being calculated for the current calculation period.

  4. Use of User Assets: OSL Indonesia will not use, pledge, lend, or encumber assets held by users for its own benefit. However, users acknowledge that assets held on the OSL Indonesia platform are not individually segregated in accounts under each user's name and may form part of an omnibus wallet as part of standard platform operations.

  5. Nature of Rewards: All rewards in this program are promotional and limited, and are offered only for the published duration of the program.

  6. No Insurance or Guarantee: Assets participating in this program and rewards earned constitute unsecured claims against OSL Indonesia. These assets are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme, government guarantee, or investor compensation fund. Participants understand and accept all risks of loss that may arise, including the potential loss of part or all of the value of assets or rewards earned.

  7. Tax Obligations: Participants are fully responsible for determining and fulfilling any reporting or tax obligations that may arise from participating in this program in their respective tax jurisdictions. OSL Indonesia does not provide tax advice and will not issue tax documentation related to these promotional rewards unless required by applicable regulations.

  8. Participation Eligibility: This Launchpool program is exclusively for retail users who have completed KYC verification. Market makers, institutional clients, sub-accounts, and other related accounts are not permitted to participate. OSL Indonesia may use internal monitoring systems to detect and exclude such entities at its discretion.

  9. Campaign Integrity and Abuse Prevention: OSL Indonesia strictly prohibits any form of manipulation or abusive behavior in this program, including but not limited to wash trading, self-dealing, use of multiple accounts, or other artificial behavior intended to obtain rewards illegitimately. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to:

    1. Reclaim rewards issued as a result of abuse

    2. Immediately terminate the user's participation

    3. Suspend or close accounts; and/or take any necessary legal action

  10. Jurisdictional Availability: This program is only available to users who reside in or are citizens of Indonesia. OSL Indonesia reserves the right to restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions based on internal compliance policies.

  11. OSL Indonesia's Unilateral Rights: OSL Indonesia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

    1. interpret, amend, or clarify these terms and conditions

    2. adjust reward rates, calculation methods, or eligibility criteria

    3. disqualify participants who violate these terms

    4. cancel, modify, extend, or terminate this campaign at any time
