PT Multikripto Exchange Indonesia (“OSL Indonesia”) announces a strategic initiative aimed at delivering better services, strengthening operational standards, and enhancing overall user trust.

As part of this initiative, OSL Indonesia will transition its exchange membership from PT Central Finansial X (“CFX”) to PT Fortuna Integritas Mandiri (“ICEX”), and its clearing house membership from PT Kliring Komoditi Indonesia (“KKI”) to PT Pranata Karya Solusi (“CACI”).

System Maintenance Schedule

To ensure a smooth and secure migration process, OSL Indonesia will conduct scheduled system maintenance as follows:

• Start Time: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 11:00 PM (WIB)

• End Time: Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 01:00 AM (WIB)

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours

During the maintenance period (“Maintenance Period”), the following platform features will be temporarily unavailable:

1. Fiat and crypto deposits

2. Fiat and crypto withdrawals

3. Trading activities (buy, sell, and swap)

All features will resume normal operation on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 01:00 AM (WIB). Users may manage their activities before and/or after the Maintenance Period.

Virtual Account (VA) Number

Following the completion of the migration, users’ Virtual Account (VA) numbers will be updated. Users are advised to:

• Use the new VA number for transactions after the Maintenance Period

• Discontinue the use of the old VA number, which will no longer be valid

Service Fee Changes

Please note that there may be adjustments to certain service fees, including but not limited to exchange (bursa) fees, following the completion of the migration process. These adjustments are part of our ongoing efforts to align with updated operational frameworks and maintain service quality.

OSL Indonesia remains committed to transparency. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to users in advance through official channels, including the platform, email notifications, and social media. Users are encouraged to review the latest fee information regularly and adjust their activities accordingly.

Security of Data and Assets

OSL Indonesia ensures that all user data, funds, digital assets, and rights remain fully secure throughout the migration process. No action is required by users during this period. Users can independently manage all activities, actions, and decisions before and/or after the Maintenance Period.
